After CNC machining, all mold components are delivered to our fitting workshop. Our experienced mold fitters assemble, grind and match mold parts according to 2D & 3D drawings.

We carefully fit parting lines, slides and lifters, test cooling water circuits, and conduct trial injection. This critical process ensures tight sealing, smooth mold opening/closing, stable production and long mold service life.
